2.34 Key Fob holders are answerable for the right use and security of the Key Fobs and the Points accumulated on them. If the Key Fob is misplaced or stolen you should contact the Real Rewards helpline instantly and a replacement Key Fob shall be made out there. It is the customer’s responsibility to make it identified to the assertion member offering the new Key Fob, that it is to exchange a lost Key Fob, so as to allow them to switch the balance from the lost Key Fob onto the new one.
